01
Kayak sessions use sheltered bays, short coastal journeys, estuary edges or limestone sections depending on conditions. The route may be Stackpole, Freshwater East, Angle or Pembroke Castle Mill Pond, but the final call is made after the evening forecast check.
02
Coasteering sessions include scrambling, moving through swell, short swims, ledges and jumps where the site and the group allow. Jumps are presented as choices, not tests. Every route has moments where a participant can sit one feature out.
03
The family kayak session is built around a sheltered-water route and a steady pace. It is normally scheduled 09:00 to 12:30, giving enough time for briefing, kit, short coaching, a proper journey and an unhurried return.

Private guiding is for small groups who want their own half-day in the diary. The base price is £420 for up to 8 people, then £48 per additional person to a maximum of 12. Private trips normally require 7 days notice, and August Saturdays often book 3 weeks ahead.
There is no surcharge for private groups within 18 miles of Pembroke. Routes farther away are only accepted when conditions and staffing make them sensible. The trip is held with a 25% deposit, with the balance due 5 days before the trip.

Pick kayak if the group wants a journey, wildlife possibility, quieter instruction and a route that can be shaped from very sheltered to moderately exposed.
Pick coasteering if everyone can swim, wants more immersion and understands that jumps are optional but sea movement is not optional.
Pick private guiding if your dates are tight, your group has mixed confidence or you want Carys to build the half-day around where you are staying.
Carys keeps the orange 15-litre drybag for the van key, the first-aid pouch and the spare pair of prescription glasses because she once watched a guest tread on theirs at Stackpole Quay.
