Pembroke Base, South Pembrokeshire Routes.

The company is based in Pembroke. Common meet points include Stackpole Quay, Freshwater East, Angle and Pembroke Castle Mill Pond. The final meet point is confirmed the evening before by 18:30 after checking wind, tide and swell.

There is no surcharge for private groups within 18 miles of Pembroke. Routes farther away are only accepted when conditions and staffing make them sensible.

Private Enquiry Checklist

• Your preferred date and any backup dates.
• Group size and whether anyone may drop in or out.
• Ages of juniors and whether all coasteering participants are 12 or over.
• Preferred activity: sea kayak, coasteering, family kayak or private guiding.
• Where the group is staying, especially if you are outside Pembroke, Tenby, Stackpole or Freshwater East.
• Any swimming confidence, medical, mobility or anxiety information that affects route choice.

Booking Expectations

• Public session bookings close 18 hours before departure.
• Private trips normally require 7 days notice.
• Peak August Saturdays often book 3 weeks ahead.
• Private groups require a 25% deposit at booking, with the balance due 5 days before the trip.

Seasonal Closure

Winter Is Office Only.

Regular water sessions close after the October half-term week. From November to March, the office is open Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 to 14:00, but the water diary is not run as a regular product. April is the normal restart.
